We were searching for some good vibrations for 1 night and we found it, a water front campsite at St Andrews State Park in Panama City, FL. So Easter Sunday we picked up and headed off to soak up some good vibrations at the beach. The sun on our faces, the smell of the ocean and the gentle breeze is just what the Easter bunny brought. Oh and the nesting Great Horned Owls with owlettes was the chocholate egg on top. One night was definitely NOT enough.
As we walked the breach waiting to check in to our site, we walked under the pier. Wayne was telling me that he and his older brother use to come here in the 1970’s and dive under the pier and along the jetty.

Wildlife Sightings: Alligator, Great Blue Heron, Great Horned Owl and owlettes

St Andrews State Park is almost fully recovered from Hurricane Michael in 2018. The park entrances are getting new buildings and the roads have all been newly paved. Trails are getting new boardwalks.
